Haltom City have made arrest in drive-by shooting that wounder four-year-old

Haltom City police have made an arrest in connection to the drive-by shooting that injured a four-year-old on Wednesday afternoon.

The suspect under arrest is only described as an adult as of the limited information released at this time.

Police reports say the girl was inside her home on Eastridge Drive just south of Broadway when the home and several vehicles outside were sprayed with bullets in the apparent drive-by shooting.

The girl was taken to a local hospital. Fortunately, her injuries are not life-threatening.

Investigators are working to find out what led up to the shooting. They're reviewing surveillance footage to establish a description of the shooter.
