
The Healthy Families Health Fair, hosted by the National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA), is coming up on Saturday, November 23, at Tarrant County College.
Dr. Jaime González is the Chief Business Development Officer with Health Plan Alliance and a member of National Hispanic Medical Association. He joined KRLD to invite listeners to come out and take care of their health needs.
He says the goal is to enhance community education on Flu, RSV, COVID, and other health topics while providing accessible vaccination services and health resources.
The Healthy Families Health Fair will be happening this Saturday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus in Fort Worth.
This health fair will provide free health services, including no-cost and low-cost flu and COVID vaccination, promote wellness, and enhance access to healthcare through a variety of activities, health screenings, and resources tailored to the community's needs.
This family-friendly event will feature COVID-19 and flu vaccines, HIV screenings, as well as fun
activities for attendees of all ages. The fair provides a unique opportunity to access essential
health and entertainment services.
