H-E-B grocery chain adding stores in North Texas, looking to hire 700 partners

The H-E-B grocery chain is adding stores in North Texas and bringing hundreds of jobs to the area.

H-E-B is opening new stores in Frisco, Plano, McKinney and needs workers, hundreds of them.

H-E-B will hold a job fair Saturday in Frisco where it's hoping to hire 700 people. The San Antonio-based grocer has part-time and full time jobs available.

According to a company release, H-E-B pays $15 an hour, offers health insurance plans, paid time off, and a 401-K plus a 10% discount on groceries for employees.

The job fair kicks off at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the H-E-B office in Frisco and runs thru 2:00 p.m.
