October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and advocates from across the nation are coming together with a common goal to end domestic violence.
On Ask the Expert, Kim Stephens-Olusanya joined the KRLD Afternoon News. She is the founder of Action with Compassion. It's a non profit that supports victims of domestic violence through cultural events such as fashion shows and art exhibits.
This past weekend, her organization gave back and uplifted a group of women going through one of the - if not the hardest time of their life. She shares how fashion and art CAN inspire and encourage women to be their best and to find their power again.
