A Hurst toddler has drowned over the weekend.
Reports say on Saturday evening two-year-old Autumn Polley was found in her family's backyard pool on Brookfield Drive near Brown Trail and East Pipeline.
She was rushed to Cook Children's in Fort Worth but they could not revive her.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has ruled Autumn's death an accidental drowning.
