Irving police are asking potential victims to come forward after a 19-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges of invasive visual recording.
Police said Makarious Jevonne Bates was arrested in late June after officers responded to a report of a man photographing and recording women inside restroom and dressing room areas at the MacArthur Crossing shopping center.
Investigators determined Bates had entered the business on multiple occasions and engaged in the same behavior, according to the Irving Police Department.
Detectives also recovered electronic evidence that indicates there may be additional victims who were unlawfully recorded beginning in April 2026.
Anyone who believes they encountered Bates or believes their privacy may have been unlawfully invaded is encouraged to contact the Irving Police Department as the investigation continues.
