Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is now under a court order to get a paternity test to prove whether or not he's the biological father of a woman who filed a lawsuit two years ago.
Alexandra Davis claims that, in the mid-90s, her mother and Jones had an affair and her mom became pregnant. Jones never acknowledged that but he did agree he'd support Davis and her mother as long as they never mentioned his name as the biological father.
Davis asked a judge to let her out from under that deal but then she dropped the suit and asked the court to order Jones to get a paternity test. The court agreed but Jones appealed. So, that led up to a hearing last week. Based on that hearing, the judge has now ruled Jones must have the DNA test.
This does not affect a different matter between Davis and Jones, she's also suing him for defamation.
And there's another unrelated case as a different woman claims Jones sexually assaulted her at AT&T Stadium.
