Dallas Cowboys owners Jerry Jones has sold a massive property in Collin County.
The almost 40-acre tracts are on the northeast and southeast corners of Preston Road and Frontier Parkway. That's on the Celina Prosper border.
Both properties are planned for shopping center development, according to reports. Jones’ Blue Star Land company bought the properties in 2003 and 2017.
Jones and Blue Star Land have been busy lately especially in the Prosper area, with its construction of the huge Gates of Prosper shopping center at Preston Road and Hwy 380. They are also working on a mixed-use development in Prosper’s historic downtown district.
Remington Partners, a company headed by businessman Stan Graff, has purchased development sites.
