Dallas County jury will be hearing evidence in the murder trial of a man who was accused of intentionally running over a Dallas man Wednesday.
A man from Hutchins, TX is accused of running over a man twice and is now on trial for murder. Two years ago, police wrote a report stating that 28-year-old Gabriel Lule ran over Antonio Garcia Jojola on purpose due to their previous ties.
The report said the two men knew each other but did not like each other. An argument started and it was believed Jojola put on brass knuckles and started walking to Lule. That's when investigators said Lule ran over Jojola, did a U-turn, and then ran over him again.
The incident happened on West Jefferson near Loop 12. Now, the county will hear testimony for the convicted felon.
