A Keller ISD trustee announced her resignation Sunday night, 10 days after she accompanied a Dutch video crew onto the campus of Keller Central High School.

The crew was working for an evangelical TV network based in the Netherlands. As soon as students began to arrive home on Feb. 9, parents were told the crew recorded a conversation with Walker about American social issues and politics.

Some of the students noticed they were in the shot, and some parents quickly objected.

One student called it an invasion of privacy. One parent said her son was "...really upset because they were having a conversation around him, making disparaging remarks about transgender students (and) celebrating the books they've had banned from our schools."

Another Keller ISD trustee, Micah Young, acknowledged he was present during some of the conversations. With Walker's resignation, many parents are demanding that Young step down too.
