Our App today is called Carrier Pidge.
This is a messaging app, but it's nothing like you've ever seen before. This one is purely for the uniqueness of it, and not something you should depend on.
Think of a carrier pigeon. You attach a note to its leg and it flies to a destination to deliver your message.
This one doesn't deliver the message in an instant like all the others do.
Imagine, you're sending it via a pigeon. It can only go so fast, as fast as a pigeon would be able to fly, around 110 miles per hour. So, if your message is going 30 miles, it will get to the receiver faster.
If it's going a thousand miles, it could take a while.
It all depends on the GPS.
A message from New York to LA takes around 22 hours.
Now, here's the thing. This is trusting a pigeon.
Sometimes, they get lost or distracted. Your message might not make it or it could be delayed longer.
It has a tracker so you can how the flight is going. That's why this is for fun and nothing important.
