Our App today is called Lonely Planet.
When you travel, you don't have to depend on the advice from websites or travel agents to give you recommendations on places to go and see.
Take it from the locals. They know their hometowns the best.
This app will give you personalized advice on where to go, what to see, and which places are the best to eat out.
It has guides to more than 400 places around the world.
You can check out walking tours, and use the maps put together by those local guides.
It'll even show you some hidden places that the professionals wouldn't tell you about.
The app lets you save whatever it is you're interested in, so you can start to make some real plans for your next vacation.
It also comes with an A-I guide to help with those plans.
Lonely Planet: Plan + Travel is a free app on iTunes and Android. It has in-app purchases.
