LAKE WORTH (1080 KRLD)- For a while, anyway, maybe crime does pay.
Lake Worth police made a drug bust Thursday and, in addition to the arrests, they also confiscated materials for distributing drugs plus quite a bit of cash.
But what caught their eye was the machine the druggies used to count their money. Pretty much a standard machine much like those used by banks and other businesses that handle a lot of cash. However, the drug dealers had a GOLD-plated counting machine.
That, of course, has been confiscated, too.
