Investigators are looking hard at a Lake Worth restaurant where an accused drunk-driver was seen drinking shortly before a crash that killed an off-duty Euless police officer and left his wife and children with very serious injuries.
Dylan Molina remains locked up in the Tarrant County jail on a string of charges including intoxicated manslaughter.
Investigators say Molina's blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit for driving.
Police served a warrant at a Fuzzy's Taco Shop location about a half-mile from the crash scene. The investigation will include checking surveillance video, receipts and transaction records in the restaurant to see if Molina was over-served.
