MANSFIELD (1080 KRLD)- Six peacocks are safe after causing trouble in Mansfield. Police say they got called about a minor crash in town that was due to a peacock in the road.
When officers got to the location, they didn't see any birds but after a search of the neighborhood, three peacocks were found and another trio were found a few neighborhoods over.
Police have no idea where they came from but all six are well and in the care of Mansfield Animal Care and Control.
The peacocks will likely be taken to a farm.
