Police are working to learn how a Louisiana man turned up dead in Arlington yesterday.
Officials say the body of Thomas Atkins was found along the service road of Highway 360 near Division. Police say there were no signs of trauma or any indication Atkins had been struck by a vehicle.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner says Atkins was from Simmesport, Louisiana, about 70 miles from Baton Rouge.
