A Lubbock man has been identified as the driver who died in a fiery crash in Plano Wednesday.

Police say an SUV was heading south on the Dallas North Tollway service road near Park when the vehicle veered into a concrete building housing some NTTA equipment.

On impact, the car erupted in flames trapping the driver, Bailey Settle, who died in the wreckage.

Plano police say alcohol and speed were factors in the tragedy.
