the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office says 42-year-old Austin Starkey is in jail, charged with making a terroristic threat, a 3rd-degree felony.

The sheriff's office says yesterday morning, Starkey left a white styrofoam ice chest outside the Tarrant County Plaza Building, which houses the Sheriff's office and other county offices. Inside, there was a threatening note directed towards law enforcement.

The building was evacuated, and the all-clear was given after the bomb squad determined that the chest did not contain an explosive device.

Starkey is currently being held on a $200,000 bond.
