A man and a woman have been arrested, accused of killing a Lake Dallas man.
Early Saturday morning, officers responded to a call of an active shooter at the Lakeshore Apartments off East Swisher Road, where they found Michael Darrough wounded in the parking lot.
The 38-year-old had been shot multiple times and was taken to Medical City Denton, where he died.
Later that day Lake Dallas police with the help of Dallas police arrested a man and woman in Dallas in his death.
Lindsey Crumpton and Shineisha MannDallas County Jail
Officials say 42-year-old Shineisha Mann and 34-year-old Lindsey Crumpton, are both being held in the Denton County Jail on a murder charge.
Bail for both has been set at $1 million.
No motive for the shooting has been given.
