Three weeks after a woman was run over and killed in the Dallas Cedars neighborhood, police have captured the man they've been looking for.
On January 18th, a woman was found dead in the street on South Boulevard near I-45. Police found surveillance video showing a car running over Cecelia Nash not just once, but several times.
A woman identified as a relative of suspect Justise Wade-Harris called police to say her car had been taken without her knowledge that morning and returned with body damage.
Using data from the car's GPS and from Wade-Harris's cell phone, detectives had enough information to get an arrest warrant in his name. Wade-Harris is now jailed on a murder charge.
