A man faces a charge of causing an accident involving death in connection to a fatal hit-and-run involving a bicyclist in Fort Worth on Saturday, police say.
Rolando Cruz hit and killed Dan Frost near the entrance to Gateway Park in East Fort Worth on Saturday, Fort Worth police said.
Now family and friends are navigating how to move on after Frost's death.
