Nearly two weeks after a man was shot and killed at a DART train station just 500 feet from Dallas Police Headquarters, a suspect has been arrested.
Police reports say that on April 30th, the victim identified as George Flowers was shot in the chest and died at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
Dallas Police have now arrested shooting suspect Antwaine McDade on a murder charge.
Based on charging documents, detectives had access to security video showing the killing.
McDade's lawyer says it looks like self-defense because Flowers was seen with a knife and attorney Charles Maduka says his client was just defending himself.
