A man is now behind bars in Kaufman County, accused in last week's murder of a recent high school graduate.
Police reports say Tyler Cummins was shot and killed at a pool party in Talty last week. Another man was wounded. The gunman got away but not for long.
Sheriff's deputies began looking for the shooting suspect, identified as Francisco Lozano, and the next day they found him riding in an SUV on Highway 175. They pulled it over and immediately arrested Lozano on a murder charge.
Investigators have not said what the shooting was all about.
The Boles school district confirms Cummins had just graduated from Boles High School. He will be buried today in Farmersville.
