HOUSTON (1080 KRLD)- Houston Police has arrested a man accused of assaulting a bar employee with a glass after being told to wear a mask.
32 year old Patrick Kelly is charged with assault and bodily injury.
Investigators say Kelly became angry when Joshua Vaughn asked him to wear a mask multiple times.
Police say Kelly hit Vaughn over the head with a glass causing him to need 10 stiches for a number of cuts on his head.
