A man is charged with intoxicated manslaughter after a fatal hit-and-run crash in Arlington Sunday.
Police reports say the victim's car was stalled on Highway 360 when a pick-up truck driver slammed into the car, causing the driver to be ejected, killing him instantly.
The driver of the truck did not even stop but he was tracked down by an off-duty officer who followed his vehicle, notifying Mansfield police about its location.
Mansfield officers showed up and slapped on the handcuffs. The hit-and-run driver is now locked up in Tarrant County.
