
A man has died after he was assaulted on a DART train in South Dallas last month, per NBCDFW.
According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiners office, 51-year-old Damion Rodriguez died at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth on Wednesday.
The medical examiner determined that Rodriguez's death was due to blunt force injuries to the head and his death was ruled a homicide. His injuries happened on a train at DART's Lawnview Station in southeast Dallas on November 20th.
A couple of days later, DART police say they were able to speak with Rodriguez at his home about the assault. The investigation is still ongoing.
