The killer is still on the loose after murdering a man in east Dallas Sunday.
Dallas Police say they found the body of a man in an alley near a motorcycle shop on Dilido Road near I-30.
The victim was later identified as Francisco Villanueva Rodriguez, he was shot in the face. Police don't know why Rodriguez was killed nor who did it.
