A man is in jail, accused of killing one of his passengers in an Arlington rollover crash over the weekend.
On Saturday, witnesses saw the Jeep driven by Jose Rodriguez Perez speeding on North Davis near I-30. When the Jeep hit the curb, it rolled into a fence and a pole.
In the backseat, a passenger who was not wearing a seat belt was thrown from the wreckage and died at the hospital.
Perez and a front seat passenger were hurt but their injuries are not life-threatening.
Because police believe Perez had been drinking the charge against him is intoxicated manslaughter.
