A gunman is still on the loose in Dallas where a man was killed by gunshots from a passing SUV on I-20 near Balch Springs last night.
Three other men were wounded when the shooter opened fire on I-20 near Haymarket. Those three are believed to be in stable condition.
The SUV got away with the gunman inside and police don't know who it is or why he did it.
