A suspected gunman has pleaded guilty in a 2019 murder case in Arlington.

Reports say the victim was shot in the head and died four days later. Police said they captured Michael Callihan running from the scene. A security camera recorded the shooting.

Early on in the trial, Callihan's lawyers argued his schizophrenia made him unfit to stand trial. But a clinical psychologist examined him and found him competent.

Callihan pleaded guilty just before the trial was due to begin. After the guilty plea, he was sentenced to 30 years.
