A man is dead in the Dallas Lake Highlands neighborhood and the killer is still on the run.
Last night, just past 10:30 p.m. a man was shot and killed at the Estancia Apartments, a complex on Audelia Road just a block east of the Richland College campus.
The body was found in the parking lot which was taped off for the investigation. Police gathered up spent shell casings but they're not saying how many or what caliber. Investigators can't say why the man was shot or who did it.
