A man has been run over and killed in a late night hit-and-run in Fort Worth.
Just past 10 p.m. a body was reported on east-bound Highway 121 near Beach Street. When police arrived, the victim was already dead and the car that ran him down was long gone.
Police closed down all east-bound lanes for the investigation and clean-up. Police cannot yet say why the victim was on foot on the freeway.
