The man wanted in a deadly Mesquite fire has now been moved to a jail cell in Dallas.
In September, an arson fire damaged or destroyed a dozen units at an apartment complex in Mesquite. An elderly man died in the fire, making this a capital murder case.
Investigators began looking for a man named Christopher Dunn. Police said Dunn had a quarrel with a man who lived in that complex and set a fire in an act of revenge. The man who died was not even the man Dunn was targeting.
In October, Dunn was tracked down by US Marshals in Houston. He has now been transferred to the Dallas County jail where he's being held on a $1 million bond.
