Crandall police are looking for the home intruders who shot a man last night while pistol-whipping another.
Reports say three men burst into a home on West Vanston Street and at least one opened fire, wounding one man in the leg. The other victim was assaulted.
Both of them were taken to the hospital in non-life threatening condition. At least two others who witnessed the violence escaped out a back window and called 911.
Police are not saying why the intruders were at that home in the first place.
Just two days earlier in Crandall, a woman was gunned down in a drive-by shooting. There's no hint the shootings are connected.
