MCKINNEY (1080 KRLD)- A rural McKinney man has been arrested for tampering with a corpse in a murder investigation.
The Collin County Sheriff's Office says 65-year-old Mark Horak was at a home with a body when they arrived. The victim had been shot.
"It was later found that Mr. Horak tried to conceal the crime."
Sheriff's Sergeant Jessica Pond says for now they don't have enough evidence to charge anyone with the murder. The Sheriff's office is asking anyone who may have been in the area of Billy Mitchell Drive, near the Aero County airport July 31st, to call if they have information that could be useful.
