MCKINNEY (1080 KRLD)- McKinney pastor Fred Thomas has died from the Coronavirus shortly after his family announced he had been put in a medically-induced coma two weeks ago.
Thomas died yesterday, according to a post written by his son on Thomas' Facebook page.
Thomas was pastor at Word of Faith Church in McKinney but he also had a wide following as a comic, including his own humorous songs in his act, Thomas was born in Greenville in 1974 and leaves his wife and two children.
The family has not yet completed funeral arrangements.
