Allen Police are searching for two suspects they say robbed a man during an online marketplace meetup.

Police arrived to a Chase Bank parking lot in the 800 Block of S. Allen Heights Drive just before 5 p.m. on May 5 after reports of a robbery.

Upon further investigation, police learned someone drove to the parking lot to sell a Rolex watch to someone they met online.

However, things went left once the buyer arrived. The suspect allegedly pepper-sprayed the seller, stole the watch, and fled eastbound on Bethany Drive driving a black Chevy Camaro with tinted windows.

Police released an image of the first suspect in hopes someone will be able to identify him. He's described as an 18 to 20-year-old, 5'9" man with black hair, weighing about 140 lbs. He wore a suit jacket, white dress shirt, black pants, rimless glasses, and black dress shoes.

The second suspect was described as an 18 to 20-year-old Hispanic or possibly Middle Eastern man who acted as the getaway driver.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Detective Julian Adames at 214-509-4256 or via email at jadames@cityofallen.org.
