A motorcyclist has been killed in an Arlington hit-and-run.
Last night just before 7 p.m. the rider was heading north on Mesquite Street when a pick-up going east on Sanford blew through a stop sign and slammed into the motorcyclist who was killed on impact.
Witnesses told police the pick-up just kept going on Mesquite heading east toward Elm.
The same witnesses described the truck as an older Dodge and it had an orange construction toolbox mounted in the bed.
Police believe it will have heavy damage on the passenger side.
