Atmos is still investigating the natural gas leak that closed down a Frisco apartment building yesterday and forced workers and residents of an adjacent memory care facility to shelter in place.
At least five people had to be evacuated from the apartment building on Lebanon Road near Whitefish Lake Road a little north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway.
The Frisco Fire Department says the gas line was ruptured by a construction crew. By afternoon, the evacuations and shelter-in-place orders had been lifted.
