The Great Resignation is still locked in place in 2023 and it continues to cause massive problems for American companies. A new poll finds 45% of hiring managers say their companies have open positions in that they just can't seem to fill.
There just aren't enough people applying for the jobs. There could be even higher turnover this year.
There are also some terms that came into play in the last year, and more are coming. 'quiet quitting', 'minimum Mondays', 'hush trips', etc. So, what's next?
