An execution date is now set for the man who murdered a pregnant Fort Worth woman and her little boy.
In 2005, Lisa Underwood and 7-year-old Jayden were found buried near Denton. They had disappeared from her home in Fort Worth days earlier.
Stephen Barbee, an ex-boyfriend and the father of Underwood's unborn baby was arrested and a year later, he was convicted and sentenced to death.
His execution has been delayed at least twice due to legal proceedings but his new execution date is October 12th.
