The Town of Addison is adding to their attractions with a newly-renovated hotel set to reopen in the coming weeks.
Hotel Dax, standing for Dallas Addison Exchange, will open as an innovative lifestyle hotel along Midway Road.
Sean Terry is with Centurion American Development Group which did the renovations.
They're also the developers who renovated the Statler Hotel in Downtown Dallas.
"It's going to have about 426 guest rooms and suites," Terry said. "We think all the things that Addison programs in their city, will help us keep that thing full, full time.
He says the hotel offers a social hub as well as a number of dining concepts.
Business travelers to tourists and locals are expected to take advantage once the hotel is open.
While there is not a set date, they are hoping to open sometime next month.
