Many North Texans have opened their homes to a new pet this holidays season, filling the Humane Society of North Texas full of holiday spirit!
They say even after an exhausting weekend of successful adoptions nothing can dim their cheer. In just 48 hours, over 550 pets found new homes during their MEGA adoption event at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.
Despite missing their goal of 1,000 adoptions they say they understand the factors of COVID-19 and holidays and still couldn't be happier with the outcome.
These pets weren't just your usual kitten or puppy, they even found forever homes for hamsters and hairless rats.
