Congresswoman Julie Johnson is among lawmakers who have been vocal about extending subsidies for the Affordable Care Act.
She has filed legislation with republican Mike Kennedy of Utah.
"What the people of District 33, what the people of Texas, what the people of America want and need are representatives who can actually deliver results, not false promises," Congresswoman Johnson said.
There are reports that republicans have said privately that they have wasted time and have no consensus.
"I don't think we are anywhere yet," Johnson said.
"I think the House republicans are in a little bit of a disarray with their healthcare proposals."
