GAME OF THE WEEK:
4AD2 #9 GLEN ROSE (8-0) vs. 3AD1 #2 GRANDVIEW (7-0)
This non-district matchup of unbeatens is extremely intriguing. Glen Rose is a state-ranked 4AD2 school, while 3AD1 Grandview is going for a third consecutive state championship in their division. Grandview already has a signature win this season over 8-1 4A Salado, and this week, they look to score another victory over a highly-regarded larger opponent.  Glen Rose has picked up quality wins over Springtown and Decatur this season, and rarely has been challenged over its first eight games, which included a forfeit win over Venus last week. After being taken to overtime by Malakoff in the season opener, the Grandview Zebras have been dominant, outscoring their last seven opponents by a margin of 332-49. Malakoff is the only team to score more than 14 on Grandview this season. The Glen Rose-Grandview game was originally scheduled for Sept. 18.
