One person is in the hospital following a serious rollover crash in northeast Fort Worth Tuesday.
Police and fire crews were sent to an address near Trinity Boulevard and Sugarberry where they found a badly wrecked vehicle. It had crashed and rolled on its side with the roof smashing into a power pole, caving in the roof and shattering the windshield.
The driver was trapped in the twisted metal and had to be pried free with firefighters from both Fort Worth and Euless working together.
The patient was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, but no condition has been released.
Investigators have not worked out how the driver lost control or what the speed was.
