Over 3,200 new COVID-19 cases reported across Dallas and Tarrant counties

An infant with COVID-19 has died in Dallas County. According to County Judge Clay Jenkins, the Dallas boy was critically sick in the hospital and did have health issues.

The county's reporting a total of 16 new deaths including a Rowlett woman who was only in her 30s.

There are also nearly 1,330 newly confirmed cases.

In Tarrant County - there are 1,880 new cases and have been 18 more deaths. Three of the victims were in their 30s.

Today 3,560 people with COVID-19 are being treated in hospitals across North Texas and there are only 49 ICU beds available across the entire area.

As of today, 110 kids are hospitalized, that's ten fewer than yesterday.
