The parents of a toddler killed after a suspected drunk driver hit their car in Arlington are now reaching out to thank all those who stopped to help. The wreck occurred Tuesday on I-20 near 360.

Brooklyn and Joshua Pierite are focused on getting justice for their deceased two-year-old daughter Mi’Lania, and they're trying to bring awareness to the issue of drunk driving.
"I just want the justice system and the community to come together and to take this seriously," Joshua said. These drunken drivers need to be punished because they are hurting lives and we have to live with that pain."
They are choosing to remember their daughter for all the joy that she gave them.
"When it was cloudy she was just bright," Brooklyn said ."Her little voice, her little smile, her kisses, she was just everything."
