(Fort Worth, TX) -- The victim struck and killed by a vehicle near the Fort Worth Stockyards over the weekend has now been identified.
She was struck on North Main Street near northeast 29th Sunday evening shortly after sundown. Argentine Pena died at the scene from what the Medical Examiner calls "...blunt force injuries."
Police don't know why Pena was walking in the street and call it an accident -- so no charges have been filed against the driver.
