
One person is recovering in the hospital after being hit by a train in Fort Worth Wednesday.
Reports say the victim was walking along the tracks parallel to Lancaster Avenue in southeast Fort Worth when they were struck. The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Also Wednesday, a freight train jumped the tracks near the T&P Station in downtown Fort Worth. At least two cars were derailed but no injuries were reported.
